Wine Gift
It is a universally accepted norm that everyone loves a nice gift. Some gifts are better than others and some people are harder to buy for. For the wine lover in your life, however, nothing will make them happier than a wine gift. Actually, a car or a wine tour around France or South Africa may make them even happier but that is expensive, so you may want to stick to a wine gift.
The good thing about a wine gift is that is can be a full case of reds, a full case of whites, a mixture of the two or even just a couple of bottles of really expensive wine. With that kind of choice, you would be well advised to shop around. One suggestion would be to buy your wine online as when you do this, the wine gift can usually be delivered right to the door of the lucky recipient or to your place if you want to hand it over in person. Come people say that it is better to give than to receive, but I never think they mean it, especially if they have just received a wine gift.
For that special evening of romance, a marriage proposal or just a drunken night of wine consumption, a wine gift may be just the thing. Set the mood with a fine merlot or drink the night away with a cabernet sauvignon. If you do order someone a wine gift, make sure they like wine. Interestingly, people who drink wine seem to think they become more intelligent the more they drink but beer drinkers tend to think they become more attractive to the opposite sex. That has nothing to do with a wine gift but it is interesting.
Think carefully before you send a wine gift. Not all occasions are good for it. A party for a recovering alcoholic is not the place to send a wine gift, and whatever you do, never send a wine gift to beer lover’s party.
